Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy describes the manner in which SPsoft collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the https://spsoft.com website (“Site”).

We may collect personally identifiable information or PII from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, subscribe to the newsletter, fill out a form, submit a CV, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site.   • To recruit In order to apply for a specific job position, the User may submit a CV, which will be useful for validating candidate qualification. We may share your personal data with our customers in connection with vendor selection and/or outsourcing assignments.
  • To improve user experience We may use information in the aggregated form to understand how our Users as a group use the services and resources provided on our Site.
  • To improve our Site We continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you.
  • To improve customer service Your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs.
  • To send periodic emails (newsletter) If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.

Your PII may be accessible to third-party service providers (such as hosting providers, marketing and analytical software providers, customer relationship management and accounting software providers, human resource management software providers, and others), which are necessary to run company operations and provide Services.

All third-parties shall comply with this Privacy Policy and we conclude processor agreements with such entities so that your personal information also continues to remain protected in the course of such relationships.
