CANDIDATE SELECTION PROCESS:

At SPsoft, we take the candidate selection process very seriously, therefore, we select “best of the best” by being very selective of candidates. We only hire the candidates, who have successfully passed all stages of the interviews.

Usually, our interviewing process consists of three or four steps:

  • Pre-screen with Recruiter
  • Technical Interview
  • Conversation with CEO
  • Client Interview

BONUS SYSTEM EXPLAINED:

NOTE: Please note, that these bonuses ARE NOT applicable to the candidates that were hired through the staffing agencies, Djinni, or any other third party.
The first half of the bonus is paid once a candidate joins SPsoft on a full-time basis, the second half will be paid out after successful completion of the probation period.

  • Junior – $200
  • Middle – $750
  • Senior – $1250
  • Lead/Architect – $1500

MORE OF THAT:

The recruiters will be working directly with Michael Lazor, which means working with a person who has run a team that managed to headhunt 1,500 engineers for EPAM Lviv in less than 10 years. He’s talked the first 500 of them into signing the offer himself.
