Tech Lead VueJS + WebRTC + PHP

Who are we looking for

We’re searching for a Tech Lead who is motivated and takes the initiative to develop a one-of-a-kind VueJS + webRTC application with a PHP + Java backend. The application should integrate with medical devices to provide real-time diagnostics in the field, potentially saving lives. Are you ready to take charge of the technical aspect and work with us on this project?

Possible allocation: part-time (20h/week) or full-time.

Client and project description

Our client is a telehealth platform that collects and integrates high-quality patient data in real-time to enable remote diagnosis, communication with medical specialists, and seamless care coordination. The platform is designed to facilitate continuous and effective healthcare services regardless of distance.

Required skills and experience

• Experience with VueJS 5+ years
• Experience with WebRTS 2+ years, video calls, messaging, and data exchange
• Experience with PHP
• Experience with WebSocket
• Proven experience developing platforms that have video/audio calls and real-time data exchange
• Ability to effectively justify and defend your decisions to the customer’s Tech Lead
• Ability to directly communicate feedback, ideas and vision, project status, issues, potential pitfalls, etc to the Stakeholders in English
• Produce high-quality reusable code and deliverables
• Proven experience leading small development teams of 2+ developers

Nice to have

• Experience with Electron
• Healthcare domain experience/knowledge
• Experience with Java
