Manual/Auto QA Engineer for Voice AI bots

We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer with strong manual testing skills and hands-on experience in test automation. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with complex distributed systems and real-time communication platforms. Experience with Voice AI or LLM-based conversational systems is a strong advantage.

We are building next-generation Voice AI agents and an orchestration platform that powers them across phones/voice, contact centers, and enterprise workflows. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and performance of both the Voice AI bots and the platform on which they run.

Duties and responsibilities

• Test Voice AI bot behavior end-to-end (speech recognition, intent handling, conversation flow logic, fallback strategies).
• Validate AI agent output for correctness, consistency, tone, hallucination, escalation triggers, and error handling.
• Test our Voice AI platform (dashboards, Bot designer, analytics, telephony/SIP integrations, APIs, data pipelines).
• Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, load, and end-to-end testing.
• Conduct exploratory testing to find conversational edge cases.
• Analyze issues, perform root cause investigations, document defects clearly, and follow them through to resolution.
• Identify, report, and manage software defects, ensuring clear communication with the development team for swift resolution.
• Design, develop, and execute test plans and cases to validate product functionality, usability, and performance.
• Work closely with team members to develop, test, and deliver high-quality products

Required skills and experience

• 4+ years in a Quality Assurance Engineer role
• Proven ability to Execute Manual Test Cases
• Experience in writing and maintaining Python-based automated test scripts
• Proven experience in web Automation (Python)
• Prior exposure to LLM and Generative AI technologies will be a plus
• Familiarity with testing Voice AI bots will be a plus
• Good spoken English and communication skills
• Experience with Python libraries like unittest, pytest, or Behave for automation testing
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for integrating Python test suites into build processes (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• Proficiency in creating test plans, test cases and testing strategy
• Experience in test analysis, preparation, and planning skills
• Experience with Task Management systems, Test Management system
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
