Product Manager (GenAI/Healthcare)

Who are we looking for

Spsoft is looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of our scalable and fully customizable AI voice Agents platform (currently in Beta) that can be adapted to specific client needs and integrated into existing apps. We are fast-paced and focused on rapid prototyping and technology validation.

Duties and responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end product development of voice AI agents.
• Validate hypotheses and assess technology stacks to optimize user experience and functionality.
• Adapt quickly to fast-paced, hypothesis-driven environments with rapid testing and iteration.
• Research and leverage emerging technologies to improve AI agent capabilities continuously.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and stakeholders to define and prioritize product features.
• Translate business needs and technical requirements into detailed product roadmaps, specs, and actionable tasks.
• Track project milestones and outcomes, ensuring product development is on time and meets quality benchmarks.

Required skills and experience

• 4+ years of experience, preferably with previous experience in successful startups.
• Experience in Healthcare and/or GenAI projects/startups is preferable.
• Interest and deep understanding of GenAI, LLMs, and AI-driven conversational agents.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-evolving environments and lead product teams in rapid iteration.
• Ability to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and facilitate decision-making in cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of software development practices, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, and modern software stacks is essential.
• Ability to anticipate, identify, and solve product challenges and proactively address roadblocks.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
