We seek an experienced BizDev/SalesRep hunter of new Business for SPsoft. We are hungry, innovative and hyperactive technology experts and need those who are well-connected and move fast.
Warnings:
- We are a service company. We work on a T&M basis and provide our service with the distributed team (located mainly in Europe).
- We need a person bringing NEW business to SPSoft, not developing existing accounts.
- We sell to smaller and mid-sized providers with a good budget and need for top-notch custom software solutions and integrations.
- Despite our website’s focus on the Healthcare industry and offerings (Interoperability, TeleHealth, Virtual Care, Remote patient monitoring, etc.), the portfolio of our past and current projects is much wider. We are experienced in various industries and can solve any software development needs of our customers.
- Our recent focus is on GenAI projects for enterprise clients, so knowledge of the GenAI/LLM/RAG niche and how to sell it is a BIG plus;
What we offer
- You can work with us ALONG with your main Job. We are flexible and pay you for results, not hours spent. We can become your full-time and main Job if we both see it working out.
- We provide a small retainer + a BIG 5% commission from the gross revenue we make with your leads during the first 12 months of serving them.
- You will work closely with Mike Lazor, serial entrepreneur and founder of many successful businesses;
- It’s possible to earn your equity in SPSoft with the results you deliver, which are easy to measure: revenue numbers generated by deals you helped to bring and close.
