Middle React Engineer (Voice AI platform)

SPsoft seeks a talented React engineer to join our Voice AI platform project. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI solutions and contribute to building transformative technologies.

Duties and responsibilities

• Develop and Deliver assigned development projects within the agreed schedule, quality and scope expectations;
• Planning, designing, developing, debugging and maintaining new features;
• Produce high-quality reusable code and deliverables;
• Documenting own deliverables;
• Collaborate and coordinate directly with a team (developers, product managers);

Required skills and experience

• 3 years of experience as a front-end engineer;
• Proficient in React.js, JavaScript (including Pure JS), and TypeScript;
• Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS and modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS;
• Experience with Next.js for server-side rendering and building modern web applications;
• Familiarity with modern build tools such as Webpack and Vite;
• Ability to accurately estimate tasks and manage expectations effectively;
• Skilled in effectively communicating challenges and issues, both verbally and in writing;
• Familiarity or hands-on experience with Python is a BIG plus.
