DevOps Engineer (Multi-Cloud)

We are building a Voice AI platform that powers real-time conversational agents across telephony systems/call centers and enterprise workflows. Our deployments span Azure, GCP, and AWS, with strong emphasis on scalability, reliability, HA, observability, and data security.

We are looking for a hands-on DevOps engineer who can own cloud architecture, IaC, CI/CD, and production rollout processes across multiple cloud environments.

Duties and responsibilities

• Design, deploy, optimize, and maintain multi-cloud infrastructure, primarily in Azure and Google Cloud (AWS familiarity is a plus).
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform as primary).
• Configure, maintain, and scale Kubernetes workloads (AKS, GKE; EKS optional).
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI / GitHub Actions).
• Ensure reliability and observability via logging, monitoring, tracing, and alerts (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki, Cloud Monitoring, Application Insights).
• Work closely with engineering to enable reliable releases, secure environments, and fast incident recovery.
• Automate provisioning, scaling, failover, and cost-optimization processes.
• Support deployments of Voice AI services, telephony SIP gateways, and internal APIs.

Required skills and experience

• 4+ years of commercial experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering.
• Strong practical experience in Azure and GCP cloud services (VM, networking, managed DB, IAM, secrets, load balancing, autoscaling).
• Solid understanding of AWS — enough to support or migrate workloads.
• Expertise in Terraform for multi-cloud infrastructure provisioning.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (AKS, GKE).
• Experience configuring logging/monitoring/alerting pipelines.
• CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance (GitLab CI / GitHub Actions / Jenkins).
• Solid understanding of networking (DNS, VPC/VNet, routing, security groups, firewalls).
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of infra decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience with real-time systems, SIP/VoIP routing, Twilio, or telephony platforms.
• Experience deploying STT / TTS engines (Whisper / Azure Speech / Google Speech / Deepgram).
• Experience supporting LLM inference workloads or GPU deployments.
• Familiarity with SOC2 / HIPAA / GDPR / PDPL security/compliance environments.
