About the role

SPsoft is looking for a hands-on AI Video Creator to produce polished, performance-oriented videos using Higgsfield as the primary production platform.

The work includes short-form UGC-style ads with AI presenters and talking heads, product explainers, SaaS walkthroughs, tutorials, product reviews, and social video variations. You will work from a brief, script, product page, or reference materials and own the complete workflow from concept to final export.

The role requires creative judgment, AI generation, editing, and quality control. Every video should be clear, believable, visually consistent, and ready for publishing.

Responsibilities

• Turn product briefs, website pages, scripts, and marketing ideas into complete video concepts.
• Produce UGC-style ads featuring natural-looking AI presenters and talking-head performances.
• Create product explainers, feature walkthroughs, tutorials, product reviews, and short social videos.
• Write or refine hooks, scripts, calls to action, and scene-by-scene structures.
• Use Higgsfield to generate presenters, characters, product scenes, motion, voice, and lip-synced performances.
• Maintain consistency across scenes, including the presenter, product, wardrobe, setting, and brand elements.
• Work with product images and other references while preserving product accuracy and recognizability.
• Edit generated material into complete cuts with strong pacing, transitions, voice, music, sound design, and captions.
• Create creative variations for testing different hooks, presenters, messages, and calls to action.
• Review outputs for generation artifacts, unnatural movement, lip-sync issues, inaccurate product details, spelling errors, and brand inconsistencies.
• Maintain an organized library of prompts, reusable characters, product assets, templates, and proven workflows.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams and respond to feedback quickly.

Required experience

• A portfolio of AI-generated videos, especially UGC ads, talking-head content, or product explainers.
• Practical experience with Higgsfield and a clear understanding of its video, avatar, and marketing workflows.
• Ability to take a video from idea and script through generation, editing, and final delivery.
• Strong visual judgment across composition, lighting, continuity, camera movement, pacing, and storytelling.
• Experience creating realistic AI presenters and maintaining character identity across scenes.
• Ability to preserve the appearance of a supplied product across generated shots.
• Strong short-form scripting skills, including hooks, benefit-led messaging, and clear calls to action.
• Hands-on editing experience in Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or a comparable tool.
• Working knowledge of voice generation, lip sync, subtitles, sound design, and localization workflows.
• Good written and spoken English for scripts, prompts, and communication with international teams.
• Attention to detail, deadline ownership, and the ability to work without step-by-step supervision.
• Responsible use of AI-generated people, voices, and likenesses, including awareness of consent and usage rights.

Additional experience

• Direct-response video ads for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or paid social campaigns.
• SaaS or technology product explainers and screen-based walkthroughs.
• Additional generative video, image, voice, or editing tools.
• Performance marketing and creative testing metrics.
• Motion design, graphic design, cinematography, or traditional video production.
• Multilingual and localized video production.
