At SPsoft, we build advanced Voice AI Agents that automate conversations with customers across industries such as healthcare, insurance, telecom, and enterprise services. We are looking for smart and proactive junior specialists who want to grow in the field of Conversational AI and Voice AI systems.

This role is ideal for candidates who have completed QA automation courses or have a strong analytical mindset and want to work with AI agents, prompt engineering, and conversational systems.

What you will do

You will work with our team to design, test, and optimize AI voice bots that communicate with real users. Your responsibilities will include:

• Testing Voice AI agents in real conversational scenarios
• Designing and improving conversation flows and prompts
• Identifying logical errors, hallucinations, or weak responses in AI interactions
• Evaluating bot behavior and improving dialogue quality
• Simulating real-world user conversations to stress-test AI agents
• Collaborating with engineers to improve bot logic and integrations
• Analyzing bot performance and suggesting improvements

You will gain hands-on experience working with LLMs, voice AI systems, and conversational automation platforms.

What we expect from you

We are looking for sharp thinkers with curiosity about AI systems. Preferred qualifications:

• Completed courses in QA Automation, Software Testing, or similar technical training
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Interest in AI, chatbots, and conversational technologies
• Ability to analyze conversation flows and identify logical errors
• Basic understanding of APIs or automation tools is a plus
• Upper intermediate English skills (or higher) – both written and spoken

Nice to have

• Experience with Python or JavaScript
• Familiarity with Playwright, Selenium, or automation tools
• Experience testing chatbots or conversational systems
• Understanding of LLMs or prompt engineering
