Junior Prompt Engineer (Voice AI)

At SPsoft, we specialize in building cutting-edge Voice AI solutions that transform how people interact with technology. We’re expanding our team and looking for a Junior Prompt Engineer who is eager to grow in the field of conversational AI and contribute to improving the performance of our voice bots.

As a Junior Prompt Engineer, you will support the design, testing, and refinement of prompts for SPsoft’s Voice AI solutions. Working closely with senior team members, you will help create natural, context-aware, and user-friendly interactions. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with real-world AI systems and develop expertise in prompt engineering and conversational design.

What you will do:

• Design and fine-tune prompts to ensure the Voice AI bots deliver clear, accurate, and human-like conversations.
• Write and optimize prompts for LLM-based conversations
• Configure conversation flows, intents, and user scenarios
• Test bots, identify issues, and iterate based on results
• Analyze conversation logs and improve bot performance (UX, logic, responses)
• Support integrations with external systems (CRM, APIs, tools)
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve bot capabilities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Some experience working with large language models (LLMs).
• Strong interest in AI, LLMs, and conversational systems
• Basic understanding of how prompts influence AI behavior
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Basic technical understanding (APIs, JSON, logic flows)
• Good written English (for prompt creation)
• Ability to think in “user scenarios” and conversational UX
• Willingness to learn quickly and iterate based on feedback

Will be a plus:

• Hands-on experience with ChatGPT or other LLM tools
• Experience with chatbot/voicebot platforms
• Basic scripting (JavaScript / Python)
• Understanding of NLP or conversational design principles
• Experience with automation tools like n8n, Zapier, Make (Integromat)
• Understanding of integrations, workflows, and event-based automation
