Frontend Engineer (Vue.js)

Who are we looking for

Our client is building cutting-edge military-grade digital health solutions that connect patients, devices, and providers in real-time. We are looking for a talented Vue.JE Engineer to join the team and help deliver reliable, scalable, and user-friendly interfaces for mission-critical healthcare applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frontend applications using Vue.js (v2/3) and Vuex.
• Build and optimize real-time communication features using WebSocket (message protocols, stability, error handling).
• Implement WebRTC-based functionality, including basic handling of STUN/TURN servers.
• Integrate APIs with Axios (interceptors, retries, error handling, timeouts).
• Follow Git flow and collaborate effectively with backend engineers and QA.
• Write clean, reusable, and testable code aligned with project requirements.
• Contribute to performance optimization and troubleshooting.

Required skills and experience

• 3+ years of experience in frontend development with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong production experience with Vue.js 2/3 and Vuex.
• Confident working with WebSocket protocols (connection stability, error/message handling).
• Understanding of WebRTC, including basic knowledge of STUN/TURN.
• Solid experience with Axios and Git flow.

Nice to have

• Production experience with Electron.
• Familiarity with vue-i18n and multilingual app architecture.
• Understanding of networks (NAT, WebSocket internals).
• Knowledge of D3.js or Three.js for custom data visualizations.
• Experience with Node.js.
