n8n Integration Expert (Part-Time)

We are looking for a hands-on n8n Integration Specialist to join our fast-paced team building advanced voice and text AI Agents solutions. Your main focus will be integrating our AI Agents into various client systems using n8n and building robust automations that connect different platforms and APIs.

Duties and responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automations and integrations in n8n to connect our AI Agent platform with client systems (CRMs, APIs, databases, etc.)
• Configure, test, and deploy workflows using n8n’s visual (drag-and-drop) interface and scripting features.
• Work closely with the product and engineering teams to prototype and deliver new integration use cases.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and document automation flows to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Quickly iterate on prototypes and deliver functional solutions under tight deadlines.

Required skills and experience

• Proven, practical experience working with n8n as an automation/integration tool.
• Hands-on experience with API integrations, webhooks, and connecting cloud services.
• Good understanding of business processes and a “builder” mindset.
• Basic programming knowledge (Python preferred, but Node.js or PHP experience is also acceptable).
• Ability to work independently, proactively solve problems, and pick up new technologies quickly.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working in a highly dynamic, remote team.
• Experience with AI Agents (voice or text) and/or prompt engineering is a strong plus.
• A portfolio or examples of previous n8n integrations are highly desirable.
