Senior Recruiter (US market)

What we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to empower our US-based hiring capabilities.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Work on a shifted schedule, 2pm-11pm EET;
  • Own and drive a full-cycle recruiting process for multiple roles;
  • Building candidates pools and actively maintain them;
  • Managing interview and test task completion by candidates;
  • Design creative sourcing strategies to find and attract top talents and convert them into candidates;
  • Continuously analyzing and fine-tuning the work processes to boost effectiveness;
  • Identifying bottlenecks that hinder work progress and eliminating them, finding new ways to speed up the recruitment process with no loss of quality;

Required skills and experience

  • Fluent English, both written and verbal;
  • 4+ years of experience in IT-recruitment;
  • Successful experience hiring Senior/Lead/Architect level developers;
  • Experience in international recruitment;
  • Experience in communication with foreign clients;
  • Ability to lead full-cycle recruitment process;
  • Efficient communicator with strong presentation skill and the ability to overcome objections;

Nice to have:

  • Experience in setting up recruitment processes from scratch;
  • Experience with different recruitment process automation tools and ATS;
  • Deep recruitment experience in Github, Stackoverflow search, etc;
