Product marketing and sales manager

What we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced B2B SaaS platform marketing driver with business partners network development experience, passion for telling stories (digitally), who will push digital boundaries and translate ideas into results.

Skilled enough to help building B2B SaaS platform distribution business from scratch. Will be in charge of content marketing, designing and executing effective marketing strategies, selecting and applying best marketing automation tools, is up to date with the latest trends and best practices that WORK in B2B SaaS distribution space. A great team player, experienced in working with agile teams. Will collaborate closely with sales and product teams.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Develop effective product marketing funnel, strategies and plans
  • Build and manage partners network
  • Build effective outreach approach
  • Deep dive into psychometrics assessments domain
  • Craft compelling messages across various marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns)
  • Develop go-to-market strategy and execute cross-functional launches to drive awareness, purchase new product offerings and features
  • Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers
  • Design and execute a killer content marketing strategy
  • Organize webinars as lead gen and engagement tool

Required skills and experience

  • Successful track record in taking product marketing to the next level for at least several product companies
  • Fluent customer value-oriented thinking (in English)
  • Proven experience and results in launching marketing campaigns and sales funnel creation
  • Excellent copyright skills
  • Experience in competitors research
  • Proven experience in targeting
  • Experience of connecting outreach, marketing, sales, and business development
  • Experience in using latest tools to automate the above
